Today we had our ICT Lead Teacher meeting. I have learned some new links which I will try out including:
toonlet.com - great to create comics etc - could be used for reading retells etc
mathzlinks wiki - has some great links for each maths stage
snack tools - great to upload kid pix and create slide shows etc.
We also discussed RSS feeds (googlereader etc) which are a great tool to keep up to date with things happening on other blogs/wikis etc. Also created my own igoogle homepage and google reader/alerts to track things. Amazing the number of things you can do on Google!!

Glad you had a good day - I learned SOOOO much! I've got a few suggestions for your personal blog which you can ignore if you prefer! 1 - make a list of the other lead teacher blogs in your gadgets on the side bar (they are all listed on our blogroll on the wiki). 2- Post more regularly (say fortnightly) and then you can link to it on your appraisal document as proof of teaching as inquiry. 3 - Add the other lead teacher blogs to your RSS feeds and leave comments to encourage each other! Or not - ha ha!!! BJ
